I’m on vacation from Florida and desperately needed an emergency visit for a loose implant crown right before heading to Seattle for a cruise. This office fit me in the very same day! The secretary was so patient and helpful on the phone, and they even saw me ahead of my appointment time when I arrived. Oh my gosh. In under an hour, Dr. Belinda Gregory-Head was able to remove a wily implant screw that had my (very capable) dentist and another oral surgeon stumped for four months. HOORAY! I had been prepped to expect …nothing good: potential bone grafts. Dr. Gregory-Head has an exceptional combination of expertise, confidence, compassion, and humor. I am a seriously anxious patient, forgot to take an Ativan prior to my appointment, and didn’t have a single anxiety spike or panic attack. She began by greeting me at the waiting room door, which was just lovely, and apologizing that circumstances brought me to her. In the exam room, my records were already up; she asked questions about my experience thus far; and every step of the way explained what she was doing, clarified why she was proceeding as she was, and ensured that I was okay—all with a confidence, calmness, compassion, and subtle humor that made me feel like I was getting the world’s best treatment (which I may, indeed, have gotten). My experience was pain free, amazingly – after four months of prior work, I chalk this up to her precision and expertise.She and patients in the waiting room interacted like old, fast friends. Even the waiting room music was delightful: light, upbeat, kind of Triplets of Belleville belle-epoque cheery. I am filled with relief and only wish that my appointment had happened four months ago, haha. Dr. Belinda Gregory-Head and her team at Dental Implant Partners get all the stars, and a few extra.

If you want to feel like your doctor really cares..... this is the place to come! I had issues that happened twice on weekends, and my Doctor, Belinda Head, a Prostodonist, met me once on a Saturday and another time on a Sunday solely to help solve my issues. Rarely anyone cares so much in this day and age. Giving 5 stars because that's all that you can give on Google.... BUT I feel more like 10 stars! Her dental assistant was amazing as well. Needless to say I was impressed with her manner, skill and knowledge of both she and her assistant Heather. I obviously highly recomend!

Dr. Gregory-Head is fabulous! I needed a fair amount of complex dental work done and I am incredibly happy with the final results of her very professional work. Every phase of the work (crowns, bridges, etc.) was explained clearly in advance and her technique is so good that each procedure was surprisingly painless. The office is bright and cheerful and her staff are all very friendly and helpful. I needed root canal work done for one tooth and her referral was also superb. I recommend her office wholeheartedly and without reservation.

I finally have found a forever prosthodontist —at least, for as long as I live, and no one retires. In the last 25 years,I have had two wonderful prosthodontist who, upon their retirement, left me struggling to find a dental practice that I could trust. It took me a few years but I finally hit upon the very personable, very professional and competent Dr. Gregory-Head and her colleague Dr. Gessese, or Dr. G, as everyone calls him. My first visit was for teeth cleaning and to meet the staff. It was a very comfortable and practically fun visit chatting and getting to know the staff. My second visit was with Dr. Gessese for a rather urgent need to repair a crack and a missing clip on my prosthetic upper plate. I was incredulous that Dr. G was able to do everything in the office in the short time I was there. He did excellent work. I’m extremely pleased with his services, his knowledge, his honest and frank approach. I am so glad my search for the right prosthodontist is over. Thank you Dr. G, and thank you Dr. Gregory-Head for introducing him to me.

Dr. Head is extremely professional and her emotional intelligence is exceptional - she has an inane ability to sense what my fears and needs are as a patient (high anxiety, less pain, fear of losing teeth) and she gently and calmly works through those fears and anxiety. I’ve been seeing her for about 4.5 yrs since moving here from DC where I had my established network of dentists and oral surgeons and she alleviated all my qualms from day one. I’ve seen her for regular procedures - simple chips and cleaning to complex ones - a fractured tooth on a root canal with a crown that would just not stabilize. I trust her expert opinion and I know that she will recommend the best possible procedure that fits my needs and health. She spends time explaining what the issues are and actually gives me time as a patient to talk through my concerns and then stellarly and expertly walks me through the details. She prioritizes me as a patient - and at the end of the day, isn’t that what we all want - to be prioritized, especially where our health and well being are concerned.

The 5 stars belie my ebbing trust with Belinda Head and her team, to wit: (1) When I needed an implant she referred me to Dr. Gurries (down one floor) who, for $5,000 plus, did an excellent job. But I then had to see Belinda for the crown which was another $3,000 plus. Total over $8,000. These aren't insurance charges, they are direct charges to me. (2) Today when I saw the person who cleaned my teeth, which hadn't been cleaned in about a year because I forgot about it and I wasn't on the schedule so they didn't remind me, it was done in about a half hour. He did an excellent job and approved my self care, saying, whatever I did at home, keep doing it. (I use two different kinds of electric tooth brushes one in the morning and the other before I go to bed with dental floss when needed.) (3) Though the person who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job, there was no examination by Belinda Head to see how my teeth, bite, and the rest of teeth/mouth was behaving. So the $186 for the cleaning without a dental exam was again, a bit pricey. So I'm left with doubts about the practice at her office. It's almost as if she is retiring but not telling me about it.
