Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as cash or check. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Insurance:
Our office is not in-network with dental insurance providers. If you have a PPO plan, we will submit your insurance claims and track them for you as a courtesy. Reimbursement will be sent directly to you by your insurance company. Please keep us updated on any changes to your insurance plan. Regardless of insurance coverage, you are responsible for any fees charged by our office.
Statements & Insurance Processing:
You will receive a monthly statement from us. Most insurance companies respond to claims within two to four weeks. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, please contact our office. Any remaining balance after your insurance payment is your responsibility, and prompt payment is appreciated.
Payment Plans:
If you need to arrange a monthly payment plan, this must be set up prior to the actual procedure. We are happy to accommodate this when planned in advance. Our experienced team can help review payment options so you can get the care you need.
